sometimes u come face to face with SOME kind of people than turns you into 30 seconds of Ally Mcbeal... or Calvin...

let's just say, working in an environment esp when you are dealing with a group of people who can jolly well be your mom/dad/granddad/grandma... is extremely... CHALLENGING

it's unprofessional to lose your cool, get temperamental & argue..

and the best way to keep your cool is to zone off for 30 secs to be Calvin, think of a solution... when done, present your idea with an angelic smile. Good?

Sounds so hypocritical. But i think it keeps you sane :)
