CHEESECAKE OF THE YEAR

We couldn't help but fight over the Strawberry Cheesecake Ivan's maid made.

It was crazily delicious la!



Look at the three layers that were carefully defined.

Top Layer = Strawberry jelly
Second Layer = Cream Cheese
Third Layer = Digestive biscuit base

I'm never a fan of sweet stuff esp cakes & chocolates BUT this cheesecake is a STEAL..

I even 'seduced' his maid into giving me the recipe.

But seriously, it's so much work I would just buy the cake from her :)
